1.Tenyu TCT Circular saw blades are designed as ripping cut blades, which can be used for ripping cut softwood and hardwood along the grain and occasional crosscut. also suitable for cutting plywood and chipboard.
2. Tungsten carbide teeth provide excellent wear and heat resistance. the positive cutting angle which provides fast and efficient removal of chips and swarf.
3. Fully hardened steel blade body – delivers accuracy and resists bending and deflection for true cuts.
4.ATB (Alternating Top Bevel) offset tooth design, allowing the blade to cut alternately to the left and right, generating a more efficient and cleaner cut in all types of wood.
5. Anti-Kickback Shoulder]: For safety reasons, preventing inversion of the saw blade during cutting.
6. Heat expansion slots allow the blade rim to expand and contract without warping for straight and accurate cuts.
7.Equipment used with Circular Saw, Miter Saw, Table Saw, Radial Arm Saw, etc.
How to Use:
■ Follow carefully the instructions given in the machine handbook.
■ Never fit a diamond dish/cup wheel which is too loose or too tight on the flange.
■ Tighten only with the tool supplied with the machine.
■ Ensure the wheel is properly gripped to prevent slippage, but do not tighten with excessive force. Never use a hammer.
■ Keep flanges and screw threads clean and free of burrs and rust.
■ Replace distorted or damaged flanges before fitting the wheel.
