Factory

1. Widen teeth segments for quick material removal
2. Optimized bond and formula for longer life
3. Optimized segment height minimizes dust and debris
4. Surface finishing on concrete, screed, and natural stone

1. Precise dimension, long life, and high efficiency.

2. High-speed steel (HSS) provides hardness for wear resistance.

3. HSS Cobalt: Extremely hard and dissipate heat quickly. They are most commonly used for boring in stainless steel and other metals.

4. Self-centering 118-degree notched point penetrates material without a pilot hole more easily than a conventional point and maintains a sharp cutting edge.

5. Morse taper shank allows the tool to be inserted directly into the machine’s spindle to facilitate high-torque applications such as large cut diameters.

6. When running in a counterclockwise direction (right-hand cut) spiral fluted tools evacuate chips up and out of the cut to reduce clogging.
Spiral flutes are constructed with a higher flute angle to remove chips more easily.

7. Designed to perform in a broad range of materials in the iron and steel families.

How to Use:

■ Follow carefully the instructions given in the machine handbook.
■ Never fit a diamond dish/cup wheel which is too loose or too tight on the flange.
■ Tighten only with the tool supplied with the machine.
■ Ensure the wheel is properly gripped to prevent slippage, but do not tighten with excessive force. Never use a hammer.
■ Keep flanges and screw threads clean and free of burrs and rust.
■ Replace distorted or damaged flanges before fitting the wheel.

For your Safety:

We recommends the use of following personal protective equipment:

■ Eye protection
■ Ear protection (ear sets)
■ Hand protection (gloves)
■ Lung protection (dust mask, also called respirator)

Important Note:

Never remove the protective machine guard and make sure it is properly adjusted to deflect debris away from you.
Ensure that no other person is at risk, especially near the machine while working.
