Check the Quality of a Diamond Saw Blade Through Four Number:
Observe Whether the Welding Seam and the Substrate are Tightly Welded
This is important for Diamond Blade Cutter
- Before the welding seam and the substrate, there will be a welding seam after brazing.
- If the arcuate surface at the bottom of the cutter head is completely fused with the substrate, there will be no gap.
The gap indicates the upper cutter head is not completely fused with the base body.
Mainly because the curved surface at the bottom of the cutter head is uneven when grinding.
Check Whether the Cutter Heads on the Diamond Saw Blade are on the Same Straight Line
If the cutter heads are not on the same straight line, it means that the cutter heads are irregular in size and maybe wide or narrow.
It will affect the quality of diamond saw blade.
Measure the Weight of the Diamond Blade Cutter
- The heavier and thicker the diamond saw blade, the better.
- If the saw blade is heavy, the greater the inertial force when cutting, the smoother the cutting.
- Generally 350mm diamond saw blade should be about 2 kg, 400mm diamond saw blade is about 3 kg.
Check the Hardness of the Substrate
- The higher the hardness of the substrate, the less likely it is to deform.
- The substrate hardness meets the standard directly affects the quality of the saw blade.
Whether it is welding or cutting, and does not deform under high-temperature welding.
Remember to maintain the diamond saw blade.
If you want to use saw blades with good results and fast cutting efficiency, you need to pay attention to maintenance.
Not only can the appearance of the diamond saw blade be more beautiful, but it is also conducive to improving the quality of the saw blade.
