Factory
1.Tenyu TCT Cold Saw Blades tips are Europe imported ceramic-metal alloy and the plate is Japanese SKS steel. The metal cold saw is resharpenable with special tips angel, can be reground several times reducing the cost.
2. Used on CNC metal circular saw machine. Applied for cutting cast iron, carton steel, steel rod, and pipe, with the smooth cutting surface, high efficiency, and longer cutting life.
3. Plate Chromium electroplating makes the blades rust-proof with better appearance.
4. Fully hardened steel blade body – delivers accuracy and resists bending and deflection for true cuts.
How to Use:
■ Follow carefully the instructions given in the machine handbook.
■ Never fit a diamond dish/cup wheel which is too loose or too tight on the flange.
■ Tighten only with the tool supplied with the machine.
■ Ensure the wheel is properly gripped to prevent slippage, but do not tighten with excessive force. Never use a hammer.
■ Keep flanges and screw threads clean and free of burrs and rust.
■ Replace distorted or damaged flanges before fitting the wheel.
